Rental prices for apartments and villas in Dubai declined further in May, according to Landmark Advisory, as compared to Real Estate Regulatory Agency's (Rera) revised April index.

A comparison of Rera's index and Landmark's guide reveals rents for apartments in Palm Jumeirah declined in the range of six to 25%, while Dubai Marina fell 6% to 18%.
