PARIS — Minister of Education Humaid Mohammed Obaid Al Qutami said that UAE gives top priority to education within the framework of its plans for advancing human development.

Addressing the 35th session of the General Conference of the UNESCO in Paris, the minister highlighted the role played by UAE in the consolidation of stability in the region and the world at large, as well as its efforts for the preservation of the environment.
